Apple Crisp – Amish Recipe
Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
- 4 cups sliced tart apples
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
Directions:
Heat oven to 375.
Arrange apples in greased 8-inch square pan.
Mix all remaining ingredients and sprinkle over apples.
Bake until topping is golden brown and apples are tender, about 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or milk.
Yield: 6-8 servings
